I’m a journalist, marathon runner, personal trainer, yogi, tea-drinker, skier, snowboarder and lover of all things tasty, working, living and loving in the City of London.

I'm intrigued by the psychological and physical challenge of conquering 26.2 miles on foot and aim to explore this through my blog. As well as helping me to stay focused on my training, nutrition and recovery, I hope that my writing also encourages others to give running a shot as a means of meditation, as a way of enhancing health, an excuse to reconnect with your body or simply as a rewarding hobby.
